href=\"https:\/\/lilium.com\/newsroom-detail\/technology-behind-the-lilium-jet\" title=\"\">see lilium blog<\/a>) assumes <strong>&#8220;<\/strong>limited time period spent in the power-hungry hover mode&#8221; and instead optimises for &#8220;efficient cruise flight&#8221; and &#8220;low noise&#8221;.<br><br>However negotiating obstacles, to meet <a href=\"https:\/\/agileaircraft.com\/?page_id=49\" title=\"\">objective 1<\/a>,  requires significant time in hover and low-speed flight, and high power would require expensive batteries and non-standard electrical components that are incompatible with the <a href=\"https:\/\/agileaircraft.com\/?page_id=49\" title=\"Motivation\">objective of an affordable vehicle<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
